The sunshade net adopts a folding type, which is hung on the screen support wire by a special hook, and the sunshade net is suspended under the screen support wire to realize expansion and closure, so it is called hanging type.
A-type gear rack drive system (screen support type)
The reduced motor drives the A-type gear to rotate through the drive shaft, and the gear drives the rack to do linear reciprocating movement, because the rack and the push rod are connected, the push rod is connected with the drive side profile, and one end of the sunshade net is fixed on the drive side profile, thus driving the sunshade net to expand and close. The sunshade net moves in the channel formed by the screen support wire and the screen press wire, so it is called support type.
B-type gear rack drive system
The reduced motor drives the B-type gear through the drive shaft, and the gear drives the rack to do linear reciprocating movement, because the rack and the push rod are connected, the push rod is connected with the driving side profile, and one end of the sunshade net is fixed on the driving side profile, thus driving the sunshade net to expand and close.
The drive shaft of the B-type rack and pinion system needs to be supported by the bearing seat, and the drive shaft is not only subjected to torque, but also to the horizontal force from the rack. At the same time, because the gear has no reduction ratio, the stability and driving area of the system are much smaller than that of the A-type rack and pinion drive system.
